ground combat and colony

This looks to be a great game.
Normally I'm not interested in space games, because there are often not many building options on planets or ground battles, which seems unrealistic to me.

So I have some questions:
Will there be any ground combat? if yes - how?
What can I build on the colonies? do I have a few slots for buildings or...?

Hope you understand my english.

As far as I'm aware ground combat, as with planetside building, is automated. Ground combat can be controlled somewhat by enlisting troops on an established colony but when you land troops (via a troop carrier) to invade another planet, you don't get to see any of the action 1st hand. Someone tell me if that's wrong btw!

The first game that comes to my mind that has this is Imperium galactica 2, a game that I really liked a few years back!

You invade colonies by dropping off troops onto the planet surface. You can monitor the progress of the ground battle, but cannot directly control it. But there are still some tactical aspects to ground invasions, for example: to maximize the success of a colony invasion you should attempt to land all of your troops at the same time, or as close as possible. That way your invading troops will have maximum impact against the defending troops and militia.

In other games you build facilities directly on your colonies, but in Distant Worlds you instead build bases that are in orbit over or around your colony. E.g. space ports, monitoring stations, defensive bases, etc. You can custom design these bases to do whatever you want.

How much time is needed to take a colony?
It is possible to make a stalmate on planet, when any side can deafeat other?
BTWIt is possible to send some relief force to sieged planet(something like Tokio express) with fast troops carriers?

Depends on how many defending troops are present and how many troops you invade with, but generally not more than a minute or two. The ground battle happens simultaneously with the rest of the game, so you continue with the game while the invasion plays out.

There's never a stalemate - one side eventually wins. You can send relief forces - but they'd usually need to be pretty close by if the enemy has already invaded. You can drop troops onto a colony at any time to reinforce either defenders or invaders.
