Can LCU's only come in at held bases? The reason I ask is that I see notation in the editor as "near xxx". This is usually for Chinese units. The reason I ask was wondering about reinforcement arrival if a base has been conquered by the enemy. If the enemy holds the arrival base, does the unit just go into the queue only to arrive if the player recaptures the base?

I ask because I was toying with the idea of adding CCP guerilla units
