Blockade breakout error

Scene: Spain and Great Britain (among others) are at war with Turkey. A Turkish fleet is blockaded in Alexandria, Egypt. Both GB and Spain have ships in the blockade box. There was one Turkish defender in the port fortifications (I think).
What happened: During the GB land phase GB landed a corps and defeated the defenders (I think). At the very least GB occupied the port. At the end of his phase the Turkish fleet did not sortie. The Spanish player performed his land phase, but did not move armies to Alexandria. At the end of the Spanish land combat phase the Turkish fleet attempted to sortie. The game only used the GB fleet in the combat and it gave Turkey the wind. When I (Spain) attempted to press done the game crashed (screen shot attached). I will send the Spanish player files to Marshal.
