Something funny in Sardinia?

I have noticed something and am wondering if what I am seeing is a bug, or if there is some other explanation I am missing, so any advice is welcome.

Sardinia is a conquered province of Spain. I happened to notice a couple of "game-years" ago that, according to the economic report, Sardinia was contributing no money to the Spanish economy; and I have checked every turn since then, and Sardinia has never contributed any money. (This may have been the case since we acquired the province; don't know for sure). No unrest, no enemy units, etc. It just seems that Sardinia is not contributing any money to Spain. (It is contributing the other items it is producing.)

Anyone have any idea what is happening?

Would you mind posting screenshots of the income report for Sardinia and of the map around Sardinia?

I don't see anything unusual.  It might be some combination of waste and low population, or similar.  If you wouldn't mind zipping your save files (both .sve and .rep) and sending the zip file to me at ericbabe@west-civ.com, I'd be happy to take a look and tell you exactly what's going on.

Just sent the files, along with my password. Thanks for taking a look at this.
