Upcoming scenario

Hello,

an update of Operation Barbarossa will be coming soon. Along with it there will new scenarios.

One of them is a reworked Minsk 1941 scenario. The one we all know from the first German struggle was not as historical accurate as the follwing ones in the campaign. The main reason was to make it easier for beginners to get into managing the units and the game.

So in the single map scenario these restrictions are obsolete and the player starts with all German divisions of Army Group center lead by von Bock that attacked Pavlovs' Western Front.

This time Minsk is not yet captured by Hoth's 12th Panzer Division and retreat to the east is still possible for the Russian armies.

I added a screenshot on which you can see that the "Kessel" is taking shape.

Hello,

in a view with NATO counters you can see an breakout attempt by the 42nd Cavalry that should be repelled easily. But its just the beginning of the battle and being too confident has rarely helped a General, has it ? [:)]

The Russians are not beaten yet and who knows what is waiting for me there...

Hello,

another scenario that comes along with the update will head into another direction. Its more a what-if scenario in which the Germans who defend Berlin have more mobility and resources they actually had.
Now you can fight back the Russians with Germanys finest high-end weapons of 1945:

Hello,

Seelow has to last until the relief troops from Berlin reach the front.
