Adding leaders

Another difficult interface is the one for adding leaders to units. Currently we have to add a leader to an area, and then assign the leader to a unit. This is somewhat difficult because you have to select the leader from the reinforcement pool, and then click on the area with the unit you want to add a leader to (or city or beseiging force, etc.), and then click to assign a leader. Each one of these steps can cause frustration first in getting the leader from the pool, and then in selecting the right area (area vs city), and if you get the last bit wrong you have to reload the file and start again.
It is also difficult to move a leader from one unit to another in the same stack (or city/rural area).
Instead, can we have it that you first select the unit you want to add the leader to, and then select from a list of eligible leaders, including those in the area with the unit (even if assigned to other units) and those in the reinforcement pool (i.e. the game looks up leaders in the reinforcement pool for you rather than you doing it yourself)? This would mean to we avoid the unassigned leader problem that occurs.
Maybe a line can be added to say "from reinforcement pool" and from "other units in area", to distinguish between the two?
