I cant unzip mappacks for Mods

Hello i am a German and I need help !!
I download Mods for COI (Kharkov, Grossdeutschland and The Ost Front Mod) !!
My Problem : When I download the Mappacks for these different Mods, i cant they unzip!!!
Allways the same error message from the Zip-Programms !
I used Win-Rar and Win-Zip!
(Sorry for my bad English)
