Is there some place on the net I can view this manual? When I open it in my game I get nothing but ASCII characters.

Thanks.

The latest, free, Adobe pdf viewer should open your manuals, unless they are corrupted.

Well down-loading the latest Adobe reader didn't fix the problem.

Is this manual anywhere on the internet?

Can't open a pdf? Can you capture a screen shot of your /manuals/ directory showing the 3 manual files included in the game?

Apologies in advance, but anytime I see this kind of stuff, especially "where can I download a manual" I see torrent written all over it. [:@] I have friends who's livelyhood depend on people actually buying their product.

Well another "You must me a Thief response"

Could be he is, maybe not though.

Contact Matrix if you are still having problems, they should be able to help you.

Avoid the boards here I would say as you can see from the members, if it works for them, then you must be a thief.

So contact them directly someone from Matrix should be able to get you a fix, or a file you can read.

My guess is another program may have grabbed the right to open PDF files, make sure it is Adobe opening the file.

Also try opening by first open Adobe then telling it to open the pdf directly, than use the Matrix or just clicking on file way.

Good luck.

and welcome to the tried before proven court that is now these forums.

Rusty and I resolved this offline a few months ago and he didn't seem to take offense anywhere near to the extent that you have. It just seemed odd that he could open pdf's fine, just not any of the 3 pdf's that came with the game, and he owned the previous Talonsoft version.

I'm not an employee of Matrix or any affiliates; I own and operate a Civil Engineering company in the private sector.

I was suspicious and rightfully so IMO. So many of the younger gamers are blowing off purchasing games and just downloading torrents now it would make your head spin. When you are trying to pay the mortgage and feed the family by producing computer games and a huge chunk of your profits are being ripped off by little f***heads who don't want to pay for their games you get a little weary, and wary.

Actually this forum is one of the most helpful that I have ever found. People with issues, either legitimate or otherwise, generally receive help as long as they ask instead of demand it. With that said, I have to admit that there are a few crabby, impatient people who will respond inappropriately give then opportunity. However most people are like simovitch and will step forward to help
