Larry and I have started a new game of Autuimn Fog using the latest version 5.0. Larry has switched back to the German and I am playing the Americans. We will start posting when we have some action to report.

I finished the Axis side of turn 2 and published the AAR here:  http://www.mediafire.com/file/zmed0mk4e ... urn 2.html

I gained some key bridges and pushed the Allies back some in several places.  I think maybe it's going well so far.

By the second turn Larry has seized one of the two critical Clerf River Bridges. Bad news for my coming defense of Bastogne:

I finished Axis turn 3 and published the AAR here:

I'm continuing to push the Allies back and stuff like that.  I need to remember not to approach Butgenburg (I think that's how you spell it) until I think I can sack it 'cause there's a fuel depot there that I need.  Other than that it seems to be going well.  I'm going to send the 9. Panzer to the middle of the map to raise the havoc level somewhat.  Randy's stuff is falling back and blowing bridges and I'm on his heels.

i'm blowing bridges like a crazy man, in some cases trapping my own units which are pinned and can't retreat anyway.

I finished Axis turn 4 and published the AAR here:

I'm across the river into the Bastogne valley and there isn't a whole lot of Allied units there yet.  I expect to see Gen. Gavin and his dudes soon.

I finished the Axis side of turn 5 and published the AAR here:

http://www.mediafire.com/file/my5ygyhjl ... urn 5.html

I continued pushing the Allies back and actually destroyed a handfull of units.  My boys are starting to get tired so I'll have to rest some of them and see if I can't continue shuttling fresher unit to the front as needed.  Maybe I can actually sustain an attack without "stopping" that way.

I finished the Axis turn 6 and published the AAR for it here:

I had an early turn ending so I got only one combat round so not so much has changed as might have been.

By the end of the Allied turn 7 we can see that Larry has assigned the Armee Group B reserves to the center sector for the push on Bastogne. That's 1. SS Pz Div black on grey, 9. SS Pz Div with white on grey, and the Herman Goring Pz Div tan on grey pushing west towards XVIII Airborne Corp:

In a surprise move Larry has assigned the Gross Deutschland PzKp to the southern sector, southeast of Bastogne. GDPzK started at Bitburg and is pushing south. It has yet to slam into the American lines.
