about half-way through download, a screen pops up with

unable to download ...paignsOnTheDanubeSetup.exe from spf.digitalriver.com
connection with the server was reset

tried four times, anybody have any ideas?

i tried the helpdesk, and it advised using stardownload. so i try by using that and it says the file is forbidden; advise would be much apprieciated.

sent in an email to help desk a week ago, still nothing, am i trying to save the titanic here?
