Quick question on PP. I'm playing on Hard lvl and it seems to me that the PP I'm getting per turn is well short of what the report says.

Anyone know why the difference?

Could the be the unit upkeep cost that is substracted from the income automatically. It is reported separately in a different report. For Germany it can be pretty high and you would indeed notice the difference.

The difference between the difficulty levels is that you receive less or more PP.
