Need help with language

Hello
I have a strange problem. Although the splash-screen is in English, the ingame language is German. I have no idea why this have changed. To resolve this problem I have changed the language setting in "settings.txt" from 0 to 1 and 2, with no effect. My computer language is set to Norwegian. I see no option in the game to set the language.
Any help appreciated!
