I'm trying to download the game but the speeds are bouncing between 12 and 80 KB/sec. It shouldn't take hours to download a game this size. I've rebooted, used a different computer, tried Audible to see if their book downloads were faster (yup, running in the 300s). Is anyone else getting these slow speeds?

After about an hour the speed jumped up to the 600s and the download finished quite rapidly.
