Will the game run without a sound card? Mine is blown. I can still run Sins of a Solar Empire and many other games, but some games won't launch.

That's a good question - can't say I've tried it.

But assuming you still have the audio drivers installed I don't see why it wouldn't run. Can you still see the sound card in Control Panel > Sound?

No the Sound Card does not show up in Device Manager. Looks like the cheapest sound cards are like $50.00 and up, but there's games I need to buy. lol

I couldn't tell you for sure whether this would work. I think there's a good chance DW would run ok - but I couldn't guarantee it, sorry.
