I'm very impressed

I've now had the chance to sit down and really play with the game. I'll give a few brief pointers.
1. Customization level: This simply rocks. Not only can I customize a scenario from inside the game, modding the game is very easy, as is swapping between mods. On a rating of 1-5 I give DW a 5 in this area. This is one of the most easily mod-able games I own. I love the fact that not only can I mod from outside the game, but with the in game editor, I can set up empires to be allied with each other from the game start. It allows endless possibilities.
2. Game Depth: This is a very, very deep game. It has a learning curve for sure, but I like that. The learning curve is going to be a bit steep, but the automation helps a lot with the mundane tasks, allowing me to only focus on the area I'm trying to learn.
3. Graphics: Never really been that important to me. They are good however. But I also like the fact that I can mod the game to use any graphics I want to change out.
4. Re-playability: Given the mod options, the in game editing, and the scale, the game is very re-playable.
5. Open Sand-box option: A game with no goals and no end! It is a dream come true for me...I can play forever and not have an auto-victory kick me out. On the 5 star scale, I give this aspect 100 stars!
Now with all that said, I did have a CTD today...not sure why but if it repeats I'll try to get a decent bug report going and send it to CodeForce. Really, it's just a small hiccup that may never happen again, so I'm not going to read anything into it yet.
Overall this is a great game for me. I like the open ended, non-linear game style that DW offers.
