Can't launch the installer

Hi,
I cannot launch the installer, i've got the follwoing error :

Try deleting the downloaded file and redownloading it.
Also, make sure not to use any download accelerators. These are known to cause corrupt downloads/failed CRCs.

What browser are you downloading it with? I downloaded using IE 8.

Can you try with IE? Maybe restart and download into a different location altogether?

I try with shutting donw my antivirus and it seems it works ...

Ah - good thinking. Some antiviruses will really interfere with program installations.

Hi Brazouck,
Glad to hear it's worked out. Definitely sounds like your download file was corrupted somehow. We do recommend turning off anti-virus/security software for installation as we verify these installer files are safe and the anti-virus software can often get too aggressive as well and prevent the game installing properly.
