1) Considering the fragile state of the economy, I think agents are over-priced.
2) There needs to be an option to get a pop-up message when an agent you recruited is ready. I forgot I had one, and he just sat there doing nothing (I don't keep espionage automated)

The high price is correct in my view.There are a very powerfull tool when they get high skills and should not be just ten a penny investmant.

No you set them on a counter mission.
Maybe that should be changed to avoid idle agents; agents being wasted.
Unless... while they are performing counter espionage missions are they unavailable?
