About the RTS element of the game.

I was really leary about DW being in Real Time. I always wanted a game like this since playing EU, EU II, and HOI II, but then I saw the videos and I was afraid this would be like a click fest in most RTS games. Well I am glad it's not like a click fest. Or yet but it's a different click fest. Maybe because I can pause the game and take my time to click, I don't know, but so far I am loving it.

The RTS has a living feeling to the game, it's not so dead but comes alive. Hell nothing goes on, and I like watching the planets in orbit and seeing the mining stations just working. Maybe that just means I am a TV baby and always need to watch the boobtube [:'(]

But Right now, I played over an hour non-stop (going to bed soon, so had to stop just wanted to catch up on the forums) and I do like the RTS that was implemented here. Good idea, job well done implementing it.

I think This game can be the sleeper of the year because not many reviews are coming out for this game. Many people are missing out on a great game so far.

Yeah ... I hope the word gets out and Matrix marketing help facilitate that ... It would be good to introduce a whole new generattion of people to Matrix games (or should we keep the riff-raff out ;-)), their great support and way of doing business.

Who knows, we might even convert some of these to grog hex based games [8D]

LOL, yeah I can see the jump, because it seems to me that Codeforce design DW from a Grognard point of view however leaving their hexes, and turn based prejudices behind for good. [:D]
