As far as I can read, then the colony approval will be higher, when I build medical facilities! So I build a lot of those bases, but the colony approval is the same? What is wrong in this case - me or the game?

luxory goods make them happy, and lowering the taxes, and your gov type.. dunno about medical facilities, and even if they do, I doubt they want their tax moneys spent on billion space hospitals

Only one component for a planet is effective. You dont need more. Build small space port even without weapons(to make it cheaper) is good strategy.

I think he means one medical facility. More than one has no extra effect.

One thing I have noticed and is a little annoying but funny.
You have a new colony and we all know that new colonies don't pay taxes right? Well when you go to war all your new colonies have a tax revolot (at least that is what the pop up message says) that they are mad and won't pay any taxes now.
LOL.... Well ok.... But ummmmmm... You were not paying taxes in the first place. [:D]
