Check this out http://www.shipschematics.net/ for inspiration and whatnot.
Most are complete down to the bibliography. Some of 3d renderings are good enough to go straight into the game [:D]
Credit the authors if you want to make a theme and distribute it. But if your like me and just want to
use them for your own amusement, its a sure bet quick fix. (following a little slicing and dicing in photoshop of course)
I have to say, a bird of prey complete with photon torpedos looks great in the game, hehe
have fun...
ps: they are also pretty low on the phalic scale for those of you who are concerned about that [:D]
