using AlacrityPC with DW?

Hi,
i don't have the game yet, but could play it at the computer of my friend. He has quite the same computersystem as me and played with the 1k stars-galaxy. As he had four or five systems, the game began to lag hardly. I hope i get my serial and the downloadlink the next couple of days, cause i want to try if it runs better with AlacrityPC. For those who don't know this tool: http://kensalter.com/alacritypc/
With this tool you can automatically turn windowsservices and programs off as you start the game and restart them on quitting. Sometimes this leads to a massive win in performance. The problem i have seen: there are 3 .exes. This is a problem, as AlacrityPC starts and monitors just one file via the process-id. The Autorun.exe is useless, but which of the other two are really needed for the game to start? Or is the DistantWorlds.exe, which is started via the link, just a starter and the real file would be the Worldrez.exe?
This would be a problem, since you can only monitor files, that are run via AlacrityPC -.-
So if anybody could give me some advice how to run it as a single file, i would be happy.
Remember: i can't try it yet, still waiting for my serial.
Oh, my computerdata: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ 2 GB RAM ATI X800
