Different Unhandled Exception

Didn't crash to desktop, just popped when I was trying to access a construction yard if I remember correctly. Had been playing for a few hours, with no trouble before that. I attached the associated text.
Updater says I have the most recent version. Next post has my (poor) system specs

Double Post Wooo! I've also uploaded a dxdiag, if it matters. Had to DP since I could only attach one file per post.
