Is there a way to stop immigration. Humans cant even survive in the cold ice worlds yet when I colonize a Ice world with a species that likes ice humans come in a breed like rabbits and take over. Anyway of stopping this? Or could there be a feature added to ban immigration.

As I understand it once a colony exists it is assumed that adequate precautions have been taken so that other races can then survive there. Those races simply cannot establish the colony.

Imagine there is now a huge city under the ice, with the hardy race having done the initial construction work.
