On the TF display, after ship Name, Endurance and Speed, there is Ops and Cap, what is Ops and Cap? And yes, I realize that they probably stand for operations and air patrol, but what do they mean in game play?

The Op column shows the Operation Points of a ship for that move. See p58 of the manual for a full explanation......... every ship has 1000 operation points for every 12 hours, and an entry of (say) 500 in the Op column of a ship indicates that it's spent 6 hours on an operation activity (usually refuelling, loading cargo, etc).
The Cap column has me mistified too...... I haven't been able to find an explanation in the manual........

Re Cap, that's either the cargo capacity of an AP, AK, APD, AO, TK etc., or the number of aircraft the ship can carry if it is a CV type or a BB/CA/CL with floatplanes on board.

Thanks LST.! That fits.....
CV Yorktown has 90 in the Cap column, which is right.......
CA Chester has 4........... the Seagull squadron it carries.....
and Neosho has 4000, which is the full fuel capacity it can carry.
Thanks for the help.
