Minor feature Request and odd bug

OK, as a Brit, I'm not up with US ship classes. Any chance of adding an additional piece of information for cruisers and below, stated what class they are? I'd like to put the newer, more AA capable DDs with my carriers, and I find it a little tedious to check each one by hand.
The bug is simple. I have a standard #17 scenario against the AI playing as the US, on exiting the orders phase, it shows me the Japanese side...all the details, everything. Known bug? Or should I send the save game in? It's intermittent, but is particularly prone to occur after I've alt-tabbed.
