Receiving bonus for completed research fields.

I'm receiving bonus for already completed research fields. Retiring a ship should only give bonus to fields that are still researched.

It is more an annoyance than a real bug, imo.
I think the game should either suppress the usual message in such a case, or modify the generated message to something like: 'Ship so and so has been retired. Alas, our engineers failed to learn anything new from inspecting its components'. It is okay that not every retirement of a derilict ship will give a reward after a certain point.

I actually made my own thread reporting it before seeing this one... there I suggested two options for a fix: 1. give the bonus to a tech you haven't maxed out. 2. if it randomly selects a tech you maxed out, suppress the notice (or tell you it failed to learn anything)

This has been fixed in the final version of 1.0.4. If no further tech in an area, then the message explains no bonus from disassembly.
