Can you write some details about the third screenshot, the one about the naval battle. Looks somewhat different than a naval battle in Time of Wrath.

Naval battle (together with the whole naval part of the game) has been rebuild.
Now you have a possibility to select should your ships attack particular enemy ship, should it evade or should it maybe try to retreat. So now you have almost full control over your fleet.
You can of course use autoresolve option.
