i'm new here
is it possible to mod the game to allow on planet various buildings, have we to wait a patch for it, or maybe it's hardcoded (i hate this word)???

Not possible ATM (except for spaceports can be redesigned).

at the moment means it would be possible in the future (maybe in some expansion) or it will forever hardcoded (if it's i prefare to know [:D])

I would assume its not likely to happen, but from what I've seen of matrix since release I'm reluctant to assume anything (thats a compliment). Add it to the wish list and see what happens.

I wouldn't expect it to be happening. IMO It adds to much micromanagement and doesn't add anything in terms of gameplay.
