Changing difficulty mid game?

Currently we can change country control (AI-human) at any time, but how about changing difficulty? Since it changes only PP rate it should not present problems, and could be fun if e.g. the game gets too easy after 100 turns and you do not want to start over...

It's worth to consider, anyway, please remember this can be done in countries.csv file of your save game any time.

Thanks for the prompt reply. While indeed it can be done by csv editing this is not that easy...
