GxBO Error in 1.04Beta2 Clean Install

Two observations:
1.) Game seemed to be working Ok right up until the GxBO error. I am not sure what triggered it. Was manually assigning colonization, and letting AI recommend shgipbuilding, but was rejecting overmilitarization to keep the economy in balance.
2.) I was particularly tracking the refueling of manually controlled Exploration Ships. Autorefuel works fine, but after refuel the ships do not resume their assignments but show up as "Assignment Completed" and have to be reassigned.
3.) As much as I would like to continue with 1.04B2 because I like many of the features, I will probably re-load with 1.03. The game was working fine with that rev. I might start one new game and see if I can ident the reason for the GxBO error.
