This test has been redone in 1.04b4 and resupply ships are still not working. The resupply ship is tied to hotkey1 and game is focused on it, for ease of testing. It is deployed, but is now drifting from the planet and is not harvesting any caslon. All components needed are there and are operating, with fuel in tanks to have them function properly ...
