1.0.4.4 research bonus from disassembly to completed fields

I often get research bonus from disassembling a ship to a field I have completed research in... such as labs or habitation. The research bonus should eitehr go towards a field I haven't completed yet or be wasted without giving me such a notification (aka, if I have completed research in labs and the random number generator chose that I would get a bonus to labs, then the bonus is silently wasted without notifying me).
