Pic shows AI on normal attacking 6th Airborne Bde in 11,63 - why is the arrow from 10,62 green?

Is it an undocumented AI bonus, first turn surprise or not as it should?

Is it an undocumented AI bonus, first turn surprise or not as it should?

It appears that this is a display error. The visual display does indeed show that the attacker in 10,62 is contributing tactical shift to the attack. As the German player, one also gets the same visual display but going into the Combat Odds Calculation screen, one sees that the tactical shift is 1(one hexside) instead of 3(two hexsides).
