Had a strange bug in our PBEM which is potentially has two major bugs. First, the garrisons of Lubeck, Kiel, and Breman, were supersized from 1 or 2 factors to at least 8 (yes 8!) factors during initial placement. Second, die rolls for all 3 battles in the same turn were exactly the same, so are not being refreshed between the siege battles (this might be fixed as Mantis 606 in 1.08, but the lack of refreshing die rolls for siege and second day battles (and maybe leaders casualities) might explain some unusual events in 1.07).

Reported on Mantis 689. Marshall, you'll have to take a look and fix these two. Likely they should go on the top of the list.
