No matter what type of gas giant I deploy one to, resupply ships just don't work. They deploy and then won't stay with the planet. They never collect anything.

As an aside, while testing resupply ships, I had a deployed ship undeploy just to attack a pirate escort. The auto targeting needs a spot of work. [;)]

Resupply ships are kind of crap anyway. The new arbitrary rules added to them don't properly account for the fact that as technology advances, mission critical parts get MUCH smaller, so that it now demands you stick 150 cargo bays on it...what on EARTH would ANYTHING need 150K cargo bays for? That's enough cargo space to fit the construction materials of every single thing you will ever build in the game in, and still have enough room to fuel every single ship you will ever build for life!

Ok, i dont use a resupply ship at 1.04 yet. But did you check what kind of fuel need your Resupply ship reactor and does these kind of gas was on the Gas giant ?

Nothing is showing up in my resupply ship's cargo hold as well. The resupply ship's reactor uses hydrogen, the ship is deployed in a hydrogen cloud. The fleet it's supposed to refuel also uses hydrogen, I was being thorough.

Does the cloud allready got a mining station ? Only 1 Station/resupply work at one place.

If there wasn't a station and you got a savegame with that, maybe you should upload that.

There were two gas mining stations at the cloud, so I deployed the resupply ship to an unoccupied gas giant with hydrogen. (I'd imagine the stations shared the hydrogen, 50/50. Are you 100% sure only one station can collect the gas?) It was the same deal, nothing was being harvested from the gas giant. The ship design has all the required modules (I had to remove a lot of modules to reduce the ship's size to 600, I was careful not to remove anything important.).

Ok confirmed. I just upgrade and build a resupply ship (no Resource scanner by default) , Hydrogen reactor and deploy it in an empty Hydrogen cloud.

The Resupply ship dont restock his own fuel, dont harvest anything.

I've confirmed this problem as well.  I've had two resupply ships deployed for 10 game years and they haven't harvested a single atom. I'll be uploading the save as part of some other issues I'm having tonight or maybe tomorrow.

Thanks for the report. This has been fixed in the next build.
