In multi-player the system of receiving emails when a game is ready seems to have stopped working. In addition you can't send them either. Plus accepting a challenge results ina connection error message. Computer,modem and the net works fine for everything else. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, this problem has been going on for the last 36 hours or so. Everyone is having it, I believe. Despite the error messages the moves do actually get through. There is no email notification, but you can send a notice to your opponent the old-fashioned way.

It's pretty concerning, this problem, considering that we're totally dependent on the Slitherine server for PBEM. I'd thought they'd fix this problem more quickly, or have some sort of backup.

Its always difficult to fix issues over the weekend. It should all have been up and running from Saturday 1pm but if not best to post on our forum if you have issues as we don't check here as often.
