I have figured out how to rename everthing in the game except Stars. IE i want to be able to rename the stars of my systems-makes Empire management so much easier-especially when you are comming back to a game after the real world has kept you away for a few days. Is it possible and how-thanks in advance

That comes from systems.txt in the DW root install that the engine will use to name generated stars, there are some mods that have a list of real stars or ones like from my mod that come from the Star Wars galaxy.

You can use the ingame editor to rename stars, if you so choose.
Activate the editor then double-click the star. In the upper right hand corner is where you can rename it.
