Is This Victory Picture Right?

Playing Tannenberg as the Germans, I get this victory picture. Is this right?!
I creamed the Russians in every battle.

I think it's just a mistake in label "German Victory!"
Indeed I see 10 VP stars close to Russian flag.

I don't understand how Russia won when I clearly had the upper hand all along. All the previous games I got a "Draw" and I could see I did worse.
So this is a bug that it says "Entente Wins" and "German Victory?" It's clearly wrong... [&:]

No save game. Tannenberg is so short I don't save. At what point would you want me to save in Tannenberg? [&:]

I too get all draws except for the one above I posted. I feel like an artist now, all I do is draw. [:D]
