NEW: Optional update/upgrade if you are using the 10b BETA patch with WaR.

I get this error on several scenarios, and then game won't load. I replaced the 'wrecks.azp' with the stock file and the error seems to goes away.

After loading the Mod and the Mod patch, I can't play original WAR. The main menu looks garbled like this, and when I try to click an option, It will CTD.
'Classic CC4' plays fine, as does the Omaha Mod.

You do have the WaR 10b patch installed?

Only install the mod patch if you have the beta patched stock WaR.
If you aren't running the Beta patch in WaR you don't need the Beta patch for Bloody Omaha

Yes, I patched to WAR 10b beta and WAR was working fine. Then installed the Omaha mod and then installed the mod patch.
btw I was never able to run the Utah beach mod, which I tried to install after the 10b patch. I'm guessing that needs a patch similar to the one you did for Omaha. See
this thread
Running Windows XP SP3.

I'd say then that you didn't install correctly.
I'd suggest you uninstall all
then
1. Install WaR
2. Install 07b patch
Check that WaR runs correctly.
3. Install Bloody Omaha mod
Check that WaR and Bloody Omaha run correctly
4. Install the WaR 10b Beta patch
Check that WaR runs correctly and that Bloody Omaha fails.
5. Install Bloody Omaha 10b patch
Check that WaR runs correctly and that Bloody Omaha runs correctly.
