I don't seem able to register my game (claims invalid serial). Is this because I purchased through Gamers Gate, please?
Registration request led me to Matrix though.

It's not important, maybe, but I am wondering about the status of Matrix games bought away from Matrix site.
Are they ineligible for registration, please?

Unfortunately there is no possibility to register the games bought outside the Matrix store.

So - how do we get updates - are they available even if we are not registered? (I have bought through Impulse - perhaps you update those automatically?).
