Those of you who are accustomed to a daily or even twice daily riposte from me may be wondering where I've gone.
The compute I normally use is suffering some technical problems and is in the shop. I'm not quite sure what the trouble is, but I think all of my turns on the hard drive are safe. Your lastest should be waiting in my e-mail pool.
I'm writing now from a clunky old and very much borrowed laptop.
So, please bear with me, I hope to be up and running within a few days.
