You can change availability date, as well as build rate.

May also have to move forward the squadron tagged to drop them.

Does anybody know if it is possible to change the date of soviet automatic activation in 1945?

go into editor and put japanese units into a russian base. I believe you can also just change control of a russian base from one of it's hq's to a japanese one. This will leave the russians active.

Let me clarify. I want to choose the date of auto soviet activation different than the date loaded into the scenario. Does anyone know how to do this or if it is possible?
