I just bought and downloaded Kharkov and ATD 2nd. Installed Kharkov, them ATD 2nd. However there doesn`t seem to be any option to play ATD 2nd. when I start a new game all that comes up is Kharkov ??

Also none of the bonus scenarios show up either in any menue ???
