Is there ETA for the next patch/upgrade and will it require a restart of a full campaign game in progress VS the AI ?

I am testing parts of it
Harley not down with it, or was ready for full blown testing yet
normally, Exe don't need a restart, but OOB changes do, but some of the work is on redoing the production screen, details, so not sure if that will allow a game to carry on (think the game can go on, just the changes won't show up)
