Hi there, I'm pretty much a new customer and I'm notm really used to how things work with game downloads and everything. I bought the digital copy and extended service along with the physical copy of the game. The problem is my computer wont read the physical copy, and when I go to download my registered Distant Worlds on my account it says there are no downloads available. I downloaded it, when I first bought it but I was under the impression there would be a tool to redownload if I ever had any problems like this? Please help.
