Looking for "Festung Kolberg 1945" scenario

On the Polish TOAW forum I spotted a thread about a scenario called Festung Kolberg 1945

Unfortunately the download link seems dead.
Anyone out there who has a copy?

You planning to work on this? Looks like the 'anti-tank' ditches could use some work, eh? At least that's what they look like to me....
