I get an error every time I try to download the new beta. In fact, I get an error every time I try to download anything from matrix unless I'm using filezilla as a beta tester. But public access ist kaput.

I've tried Firefox and IE both and no go. Please help resolve this problem as I really want the beta file.

Try disabling av, uac and firewall and anything else that could be blocking you.

Hmm..do you have any download managers active? Matrix site is not accepting multiple d/l connections simultaneously (which d/l managers usually do), so you should disable that before trying to d/l. I am not sure if Filezilla etc. does that too.

No d/l managers, tried disabling avg and windows firewall. connection resets. i can download all day long every where else, just not matrix.
