How Do I Get Tech Support To Answer?

I really dislike complaining but I would be grateful if someone on this forum could advise me how to get hold of tech support. I bought this game on 3rd June and have been unable to play it at all as the download gives me error 120 Serial Number problem. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, to redownload from the site and reinstall. As I bought both discs and download and have now received the discs and am contemplating uninstalling and starting again from a disk load.
My point however is that all this has been posted on a trouble ticket on 3 Jun which I have updated twice. I even lodged a second ticket to jog somone to deal with the first and yet 8 days later I have not even received an answer. I fnd the situation a little disappointing.
Therefore to repeat my question is there any way in which i can get hold of tech support or customer relations in order to deal with the problem.
