Treaties, how to include?

Hello everybody!
I am just starting a 1798-scenario (egyptian expedition).
However, I cannot find a clue, how I can include the peace treaty between France and Austria that was made in force in 1798...
Which txt-files do I have to mod and/or include?
I did not find anything to this question in the modders guide...
Any substantial ideas?
