With TOAW 3.4, will existing TOAW 3 scenarios port directly to 3.4 or do you expect some tweaking to be needed?

I'd like to think that most of them should work immediately, but you're encouraged to modify them to take advantage of the new changes. I'm hoping to put out another minor patch later this year which will include any bug fixes and a few minor changes to the system, along with any revised scenarios.
We've tried to make the changes more in the line of tweaks than major changes. It depends on how 'detail oriented'[:D] you are. There are some combat tweaks that may affect gameplay, cooperation penalties now impact combat strength directly, larger unit count makes a bigger difference. I think that the overall effect of these should be small enough that many scenarios will play the same, but I hope that the changes will be noticeable to grognards, designers and people that really know the battles.
The new system of having some things like supply take place at the beginning of each sides turn instead of at the beginning of a turn may imbalance a few scenarios that took advantage of that, and may need to be played using the old system (still available in 3.4.) The same thing is true of the supply system. It is now optionally based on the movement of a truck instead of the older system that was based on 'steps.'
Elmer is a bit tougher, there is also a new player mode that will allow you to let Elmer play some of your units. Even if you can't play solo vs Elmer (a long scenario like Europe Aflame) It is probably still worth it to put in the PO tracks so that someone could more easily play both sides if they wanted to, and so that they have an idea of what the designer intended. It's also handy for the initial testing of scenarios.
There are some new scenario variables that you may want to tweak for some scenarios. Many scenarios won't need this, but the further you get from the baseline, the more useful these are. There are also additons like being able to set supply during the game on a per supply point basis that is going to be very handy for simulating pockets, beachheads, and things like that.
